Lemon Bars
| 1 C. flour | 2 T. lemon juice |
| 1/2 C. butter | 1 C. sugar |
| 1/2 C. powdered sugar | 1/2 tsp baking powder |
| 2 eggs (beaten) |
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray baking pan with Pam. Combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar. Pat into 8x8 inch pan and bake for 20 minutes. Beat eggs; add lemon juice, sugar, and baking powder. Pour over crust and bake again for 25 minutes. Cool and slice.

Spinach Dip
| 1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach | 1 pkg. vegetable soup and recipe mix |
| 1 (16 oz. ) carton sour cream | 1 can water chestnuts |
| 1 lb. ground beef |
Stir ingredients until well mixed. Cover and chill for about 2 to 3 hours. Service in a bread bowl or with crackers or whatever. Makes 10 servings.
